The Moyaone Association President has endorsed a proposal to do a census of the deer population within the Moyaone Reserve for the purpose of tracking changes in population density. This will be an ongoing project to start on Sunday July 24th 2016, and it needs your participation.
Once per month, beginning on July 24th, the count will be conducted at each household for 5 minutes.
We realize that deer sightings while the leaves are on the trees may be limited. Reporting what you do see will allow us to correlate with the calculated density later in the year when views are not obstructed.
